Lindsay & Maz are a dynamic duo who’ve joined forces to create The Fox & Badger. Their love for fresh food blended with their unusual personalities make a unique combination.

The balance between Lindsay’s chef experience and Maz’s multiple talents make a well-rounded and adaptable team.
Beginning as a young Chef Apprentice in Canada, Lindsay has worked in kitchens of all sorts: from pubs and food trucks, to hotels and golf courses. She eventually migrated south to explore the culinary world of New Zealand. But before that, she had met Maz amongst the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas of all places!
Born in Aotearoa, one could consider Maz a Jane of all trades. She’s done everything from bee keeping and adventure guiding, to farming and professional driving. Only recently has her interest for cooking been ignited. Now that it has her attention, it’s difficult to get her out of the kitchen!
Together, Lindsay & Maz enjoy playing with food and ingredients to create out-of-the-ordinary flavour combinations with a kiwi twist. They focus on fresh, local, and ethically sourced ingredients that reflect their personal values.
